JOHN TUNNEY, BELMULLET
John Tunney, Levenshulme, Manchester, U.K. formerly Shore Rd., Belmullet, and Cross, Killadoon, Louisburgh.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Kathleen (née Coyne, Cross, Louisburgh.) nephews Michael and Mark, niece Karen, brothers-in-law Michael and Nathan, sister-in-law Mary, cousins, extended Tunney and Coyne families, and a wide circle of friends.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Roseanne, sisters Bridget-Mary, Josephine, and Kathleen.
John will be received into the Church of St. Mary of the Angels and St. Clare, Elbow St., Levenshulme, on Thursday, May 29 for 7 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection.
John will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Friday, May 30 from 6 p.m., concluding at 7.30 p.m. with Vigil Prayers, followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Killeen.
Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 11.30 a.m., followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
ALICE COSTELLO, CLAREMORRIS
Alice Costello, Laurel Park Newcastle Galway and formerly of Shessaugh Claremorris.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Nora and her twin brother Johnny.
Alice will be sadly missed by her loving sisters Nora (Burke) Galway, Evelyn (Grant) Claremorris, Brenda (Hession) Carras, Brothers Seamus (Shessaugh) and Frank (Galway). Her brother’s-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and many friends.
Alice will repose at Gilligan’s Funeral Home Market Square, Claremorris, on Saturday evening May 24 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Removal from her residence in Shessaugh to the Church of the Scared Heart, Crossboyne for funeral Mass on Sunday, May 25 at 2 p.m.
Burial afterwards in Crossboyne cemetery.
UNA GERAGHTY, FOXFORD
Una Geraghty (nèe Winters), 33 Nephin View Manor, Foxford, and Chicago Illinois, formerly of Muingerean, Moygownagh.
Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Nora, brothers Michael, Tony, Sean, Richie and Pierce and sisters Mary, Evelyn and Ann.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Mike and extended family, her sisters Pauline Scollard (Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.) and Sheila O’Malley (Shrataggle, Porturlin), nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, kind neighbours and many life-long friends.
Remains reposing at Fahy Community Centre, Fahy, Newport on Sunday evening from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to the Church of the Holy Family.
Funeral Mass on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
