Baby Week to be marked in Mayo with several events

Mayo Baby Week takes place from June 9 to 15 next.

This is the third year celebrating Infant Mental Health Awareness Week in the county.

Each year Baby Week includes community events which provide opportunities to highlight simple ways of promoting the social and emotional development of infants during pregnancy and up until the age of three years.

This development happens primarily in the context of the parent infant relationship and their other caregiving relationships.
