PJ (John) Gavin, Gortaruaun, Belcarra, Castlebar and late of Leitir, Islandeady.
Predeceased by his parents Martin and Margaret Gavin (Leitir, Islandeady) and infant sister Catherine.
Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, wife Eileen (née O’Donnell), daughters Zara and Jenny, son James, grandsons Senan and Leo, father-in-law Jim, mother-in-law Maura, sisters Noreen (Staunton, Castlebar), Eileen (Corcoran, Westport), Mary (Hanbury, Castlebar), Teresa (Garrivan, Westport), Anne (Gallagher, Westport), Pauline (Sloan, England), Margaret (Holland, Westport), Joan (Kenny, Castlebar), brothers James (Gavin, Westport) and Martin (Gavin, Leitir), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
PJ will repose in Belcarra Community Centre on Friday, June 20 from 4 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m. to his residence.
Funeral cortege will arrives to St. Anne’s Church, Belcarra on Saturday morning at 10.15 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m.
PJ will be laid to rest afterwards in Guesdian Cemetery, Belcarra.
MARTHA CARROLL, SHRULE
Martha Carroll (née Lydon), Longhill, Shrule, and formerly of Clonbar, Kilconly, Co. Galway.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Bridie Lydon, (Clonbar, Kilconly), her sister Maureen and sister-in-law Ann.
Forever loved and fondly remembered by her husband Patsy Carroll, sister Christine (Toronto, Canada), her four sons, Michael, Alan, Niall and Donal, daughters-in-law/partners, Maura, Stephanie, Emma and Amy and her seven grandchildren, Jason, Alex, Leon, Ava, Joey, Jamie and Izzy whom she adored, sisters-in-law and all her friends and neighbours near and far.
Reposing at Cradock's Funeral Home, Shrule on Saturday June 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Removal afterwards to her sons home (Donal) in Longhill.
Requiem Mass on Sunday June 22 at 1 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Shrule followed by burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.
