New Western Care day service at Mosaic Centre in Mayo county town

WESTERN Care has been given the go-ahead for a day services facility at The Mosaic Centre in Castlebar.

Planning permission has been granted for a change of use from office use to day services use, at The Mosaic Centre, located at the rear of the TF Hotel at the Harlequin Plaza.

The building is currently vacant.

The centre will provide for 21 service users at one time, with 15 staff, providing a safe, creative and therapeutic space that promotes social inclusion, wellbeing and person-centred support.
