Ten unit apartments proposal for east Mayo town

PLANS for an apartments complex in Ballyhaunis town are before Mayo County Council for approval.

The 10-unit development relates to a site at Knox Street in Ballyhaunis.

Sayvale 24 Ltd., the developers behind the project, have sought planning permission for eight 2-bed apartments and two 1-bed apartments within two buildings, and over ground and first floors, with access onto Knox Street.

The application also includes on-site car parking and communal private amenity space.
