Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees in moderate north to northwest winds.

THURSDAY NIGHT:

A mostly dry night with isolated showers.

Some clear spells at first, though cloud will build from the northwest overnight.

Cooler with lowest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in light northwest winds.
