Dry with hazy sunshine at first.
Cloud increasing with patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing from afternoon, turning more persistent in along coastal parts in the evening.
Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees with light to moderate south to southwest winds increasing moderate to fresh towards evening, strong to gale force and gusty near the coast.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT:
Breezy or windy at first on Wednesday night with outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the west spreading eastwards over the country.
Showers and clearer breaks will follow from the west and winds will gradually ease.
Lowest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees with fresh to strong southerly winds, veering southwest to west and decreasing light to moderate, away from northern and western coastal parts.
