Letters of offer issue for new homes in central Mayo

NINE new social homes in Carnacon have moved a step closer to being occupied.

Letters of offer have been issued by Mayo County Council to potential tenants.

The housing development comprises five 3-bedroom and four 2-bedroom units, with works now substantially complete.

The project has been finished to the highest standards, said Councillor Al McDonnell, and he complimented the council and contractor on an excellent job.
