Praise for leading Mayo GAA Club on magnificent new facilities

Minister Dara Calleary has performed the official opening of Aghamore GAA Club's new gym and club rooms.

He said he, along with Councillor John Caulfield, were delighted to assist the club in securing Sports Capital Funding for the project.

"Congratulations to chair Frank Flynn and his committee on the development - all of which are paid for owing to the huge fundraising effort by the club and community - a recognition of the importance of the club to Mayo," he added.
