IT will be another wet start for Mayo tomorrow, according to the latest forecast.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3

It will be a wet start to tomorrow, Wednesday with widespread rain.

The rain will slowly clear eastwards through the morning with sunny spells and scattered showers following for the rest of the day.

Highest temperatures of 15 to 17 degrees with light northerly winds becoming moderate westerly as the rain clears.

Mixed weather with showers or longer spells of rain at times.

Maximum temperatures of around 15 to 19 degrees.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT:

Mostly dry with clear spells.

There'll be some showers in the west and northwest and a possibility of some rain in the south.

Patches of mist and fog will form with light and variable winds.

Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees.
