New Indian restaurant set to open in east Mayo

THE imminent opening of a new Indian restaurant is being warmly welcomed in east Mayo.

The Taj Mahal Indian restaurant and takeaway is planning to open its doors on Swinford's main street next weekend.

The Taj Mahal already operates a very successful outlet in Kiltimagh and its expansion with a second outlet in Swinford has been welcomed.

The new restaurant is based in the premises that was formerly Campbell's Pub.

In an update on its social media, the restaurant said all going well, they will be opening on Friday evening next, October 3.
