Much-loved Mayo woman dies in Boston

The death has occurred of Yvonne McHugh Landry, Riverdale Court, Knockthomas, Castlebar, Dorchester, Boston, and Brockton, Mass., U.S.A.

Her passing in Boston has evoked a great sense of loss in the community and warm tributes are being paid to her on social media.

Predeceased by her father Eugene McHugh and her brother James Anthony, she will be sadly missed and never be forgotten by her loving family: her husband Rick and his children Ricky and Tyler, her heartbroken mother Philomena Loftus, her sisters and brothers Deirdre, Fidelma, Margo, Assumpta, Ellie, Paddy and Martin, all the extended family circle, especially her niece Ally, her many friends in Boston and Castlebar, to whom sympathy is extended.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.
