Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Catherine Hughes, brothers Henry, Mossie and Seamus. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sisters Bridgie (Aughagower), Maureen (Ballinrobe) and Kitty (Wicklow), brothers Charlie (Ipswich), Petie (Florida) and Padraig (Castlebar), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives. His loyal friend Derrick and a wide circle of friends.

Francis will repose in Aughagower Community Centre this Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Requiem Mass in St. Patrick's Church Aughagower on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. with cremation afterwards in Shannon Crematorium at 2 p.m.

GERALDINE O' LEARY, HOLLYMOUNT

Geraldine (Ronnie) O’Leary (née Mellett), The Cottage, Frenchgrove, Hollymount, and formerly of Cullenagh, Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford.

Predeceased by her beloved husband William (Bill), parents Thomas and Geraldine Mellett, brothers Cecil, Billy, Pat and Dermot,

Survived by her son Thomas, daughter-in-law Ethna, granddaughter Hollie, step-grandchildren, sister Jackie Moran (USA), brother Don Mellett (Ballinrobe), sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friend.

Reposing at Roundfort Community Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, October 15 from 6 p.m. with private removal at 7.30 p.m. to her home. Funeral cortege will arrive to the St. Joseph’s Church Carras for Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, October 16 at 11 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to Ballinrobe New Cemetery.

JOE DIAMOND, BALLYVARY

Joseph (Joe) Diamond, Keelogues New, Ballyvary, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his parents Jim and Pauline (née Brock) Diamond.

Sadly missed and never forgotten by his brother Paul (Castlebar), niece Elizabeth, aunts, uncles, cousins, all the family circle, neighbours and many friends.

Joe will repose at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, on Wednesday morning, October 15 from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., followed by removal to St. Joseph’s Church, Keelogues, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m.

Private cremation later, at Shannon crematorium.

BRIDGET DONELAN, BANGOR ERRIS

Bridget Donelan (née Mullarkey), London, UK, formerly from Bangor Erris.

Bridget, widow of Frank, is remembered with love by her children, Pamela, Ann and John, her son-in-law, Nigel, grandchildren, Chloe and Daniel, brother, Martin and sister, Maura, nieces and nephews.

Mass for Bridget will take place on October 15 in St. Brendans Church, Mullagh, at 9 a.m., with burial afterwards in Lisheen Cemetery.

EDITH WALSHE, BARNACARROLL

Edith Mary Walshe, Rockfield, Barnacarroll.

Sadly missed by her adoring parents Steve and Maria and her faithful doggy Hugo.

Edie's life shone with joy, love, divilment and family. She will be dearly missed and happily remembered by so many, especially her loving Granny and Grandad, Mary and John Dillon (Attyflynn and formerly of Ballinderry and Portumna), and Nana and Grandad, Norah and Gerry Walshe (Castlebar), her ever-doting aunts and uncles, Anna, Aisling, Dónal, Fiona, Richard, Ian and Sarah, her dearest first cousins Cillian, Cara, Natalia, Elsie, Eoin and Ciara, her many wonderful grandaunts and granduncles, and her wider circle of cousins.

We are forever grateful for all the love, care, support and prayers of our great family, our lovely friends, our colleagues and our neighbours, stretching far and wide.

We were lucky to be able to enjoy all of Edie's life thanks to the expert care, support and guidance of the staff in Crumlin Children's Hospital, in particular Michael, Ciara and the team in St. John's Ward and Day Unit, the Paediatric Unit in Mayo University Hospital Castlebar, Tina and the Palliative Care team, Dr. Susan Wilson, and all the team in Boots, Claremorris. We will be forever grateful for the care you gave Edie.

A private funeral for Edie will take place.

NOELLE HYNES, KILTIMAGH

Noelle Hynes (née O’Reilly), ‘Riverside House’, Circular Road, Roscommon Town and formerly of Kiltimagh.

She will be forever missed by her much loved husband Pat, son David, daughters Emma and Karen, daughter-in-law Mariece, son-in-law Laurent, her adored grandchildren Tara, Shauna, Maria, Killian, James and Patrick, her siblings Mary, Ann, Una and Shane, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Noelle is predeceased by parents Paddy and Mary and her sister Patricia.

Beloved husband of Maureen, loving father of Michael and Padraic.
