First responders information day set for Mayo town

The Cloonliffen/Ballinrobe community first responders will host a CPR and AED/ Defibrillator information day in Tesco, Ballinrobe, next Saturday (October 18), from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Those attending can learn how to safe a life with CPR, and get familiar with how to use a Defibrillator (AED).

Further information will also be available on how to cope in an emergency. No experience is required, and everyone is welcome to attend.

Restart a Heart Day, which is run in conjunction with the Irish Heart Foundation, takes place this Friday (October 16), and is a CPR awareness day. Further details and information are available here.
