McDonald's plan new Mayo restaurant

McDonald's are looking to open a new restaurant in Mayo.

It will be located in Claremorris, on lands adjoining the Silverbridge Plaza and Shopping Centre on the Knock Road.

The proposal includes a drive-thru,with a planning application for permission now submitted to Mayo County Council for consideration.

The development construction is scheduled for eight months from Q2 2026. Peak construction is scheduled from Q3 2026, with fit out and hand over expected to commence in Q4 of next year.
