Mayo county town mourns passing of young man

The death has occurred of Dean Cleary, Galway, and formerly of McHale Road and Lucan Street, Castlebar.

He will be sadly missed by his father Tom, mother Monika, his brothers Adam and Byron, sister Charlotte, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.

Dean was predeceased by his grandparents Michael and Kathleen Cleary, McHale Road, Castlebar.

The deceased has been described in a social media tribute as 'a kind and caring person'.

Dean will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, tomorrow (Friday) from 11.30 a.m. with removal at 12.30 p.m. to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.00pm.

Afterwards, Dean will be laid to rest in the New Cemetery, Castlebar.
