Unsettled conditions set to persist across Mayo

Little to no danger of frost, according to the latest forecast.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6

Tomorrow will be generally breezy and fairly showery for the morning and early afternoon, with more persistent rain in some areas.

Later in the afternoon, there should be more in the way of bright or sunny spells developing, especially further south in the province, with the showers becoming more isolated.

Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in mostly moderate to fresh, occasionally strong and gusty westerly winds, gradually easing later.

Unsettled and changeable with low pressure dominating bringing spells of wet and windy weather.

There's the potential for very windy weather to develop on Monday night and for a time on Tuesday.

There'll continue to be drier sunnier calmer interludes too and it'll be relatively mild with little or no danger of frost.

SATURDAY NIGHT:

Apart from a few scattered showers in northern parts, it'll be dry in most places for a time with clear spells.

Cloud and outbreaks of rain and drizzle will extend from the southwest overnight.

Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees with winds decreasing light to moderate and backing south to southeast.
