AILEEN KING, BALLA
Aileen King (nee Burns), Derryvohey, Balla.
She died peacefully at her home, held by her dear friend Cathy Walsh.
Born and raised in Shercock Co. Cavan. A Cavan woman through and through.
Predeceased by her father Michael Burns and her brother Eamon Burns.
Her memory will live on through her mother Elizabeth Burns, sisters Pauline Grimes, Siobhan Stevenson, Brothers in Law Dennis and Stevie, Brothers Michael, Peter and Ciaran sisters-in-law, Kylie and Nancy, her husband Martin King, daughters Natasha (her fiance James), Helen and Rebecca (and her partner Shane), and grandchildren, Bobby, Marco Leona and Fiadh.
Aileen will be reposing at her home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh, followed by burial in Kilkinure Cemetery.
DONAL GALLAGHER, KILKELLY
Donal Gallagher, Aughadeffin, Kilkelly, and Rathgar, Dublin.
Predeceased by his father Seamus and his brother, Des.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his mother Bernadette, his children Aoife, Rachel, Jack, Katie and Lily, their mother Anne, beloved granddaughter Thea, brothers Michael and Shane, son-in-law Max, sisters-in-law Martina, Teresa and Angela, his nephews Kevin and John, his niece Helen, his aunt Nellie, Antoinette who shared his later years; his relatives and wide circle of friends.
Donal will repose in Rathgar on Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. and in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Thursday from 5 p.m.
Removal at 7.15 p.m. to St. Joseph’s Church, Urlaur, arriving at 8 p.m.
Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11 a.m., followed by interment in St. Bridget’s Cemetery, Urlaur.
SISTER MARGARET MALONEY, KILLASSER
Sr. Margaret Maloney RSJ, Convent of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart, Banogue, Co. Limerick, formerly of Tiernunney, Killasser, Swinford, and she lived in Australia for 31 years.
Sr. Margaret died peacefully in Foxford Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her parents Margaret and John, sisters Betty and Una, brothers Michael, John and Patrick.
Sr. Margaret will be sadly missed by her family, nephews, nieces and all of her extended family, Sisters of St. Joseph of the Sacred Heart, neighbours and friends.
Sr. Margaret will be reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford, this Wednesday from 5 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m. to All Saints Church, Killasser, arriving at 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon and Sr. Margaret will be laid to rest afterwards in Killasser Cemetery.
MARIAN MORAN, BALLYHAUNIS
Marian Moran (née Donohue), Cluain Riocaird, Headford Road, Galway, and formerly of St. Gerard's Crescent, Ballyhaunis.
Predeceased by her parents James and Annie Donohue, sisters Kathleen and Mary and her twin sister Bernie.
Marian will be sadly missed by her loving children Annemarie, Breda, Thomas, Seán, Paula and Maura, son-in-law Dan, grandchildren Lucas, Cillian and Jack, relatives, neighbours and her many friends - especially Celia and Noel.
Reposing at The Holy Family Funeral Home, Mervue on Thursday from 5 to 6.30 p.m., followed by removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballybane.
Marian’s Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore.
