Mayo airport upgrading parking facilities for passengers with reduced mobility
AS part of the ongoing transformation programme at Ireland West Airport, work has commenced on upgrading the existing car parking facilities for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) / Blue Badge holders.
The works will increase capacity ahead of the summer season.
Over the coming weeks, the main car park for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), located in front of the terminal building, will be temporarily closed while the upgrade works take place and will not be available to passengers.
During the period of the works, temporary PRM spaces will be available in Car Park Zone C, which will be clearly signposted on arrival at the airport.
Airport management has apologised for any inconvenience caused during the enhancement works and thanked people using the airport for their cooperation.
