Cloudy and damp conditions to continue across Mayo on Tuesday

Mayo is set for another cloudy and damp day on Tuesday, February 10, with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle expected throughout the day.

Mist and fog patches will linger in places, particularly during the morning and evening.

Despite the dull conditions, temperatures will remain relatively mild, with highs of 7 to 10 degrees.

Winds will be mostly moderate from the east.

In the national outlook, conditions are expected to turn brighter and colder towards the end of the working week.

Tuesday night will remain cloudy and damp, with further outbreaks of rain or drizzle continuing, along with mist and fog patches.

Overnight temperatures will fall to between 4 and 8 degrees in light to moderate west to southwest winds.
