Mayo greenway network closes for one day

A TEMPORARY closure of the greenway network in Mayo will take place next week.

Mayo County Council has advised the public that the Great Western Greenway walking and cycling trail will be closed to the public for one day, on Wednesday, February 25.

The greenway network comprises of the following:

Westport - Achill

Castlebar - National Museum of Country Life at Turlough

Monasteries of the Moy

Mayo County Council has apologised for any inconvenience this may cause.
