Nominations open for Mayo Person of the Year

THE Mayo Association Dublin will host its annual awards dinner to celebrate the Virginia Gallagher Mayo Person of the Year and the Paddy Joe Moran Meitheal Award on Saturday, April 18, in the Clayton Burlington Hotel in Dublin.

Nominations for both awards are open until Wednesday, March 18. Nomination forms are available on the association's website at mayoassociationdublin.com or can be requested from the following email address - secretary@mayoassociationdublin.com.

Last year Michael Ring was the very popular winner of the Mayo Person of the Year Award, with the wonderful team behind the Erris-based SOLAS centre picking up the Meitheal Award.
