Triple nomination for Mayo's PanelDuct at Irish Construction Excellence Awards

CASTLEBAR-BASED PanelDuct, an Irish leader in high-performance air distribution systems, has been honoured with three nominations at the Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards 2026.

The company has been shortlisted across the categories of Innovation in Construction, Construction Product Innovation, and BIM Excellence - a testament to its pioneering approach to design, engineering, and digital project delivery.

The nominations highlight PanelDuct’s continuous drive to advance modular ducting technologies and integrate Building Information Modelling (BIM) into complex, large-scale projects.

Its recent work within the data centre and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors has demonstrated how precision-engineered, pre-insulated duct systems can deliver efficiency, performance, and sustainability benefits across all project stages.

“Being recognised in three distinct categories at the ICE Awards underscores our team’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in HVAC design and delivery,” said Paul Dunne, design and engineering manager at PanelDuct. “Every innovation we develop is rooted in collaboration and engineered with the end-user in mind - ensuring robust, airtight, and energy-efficient solutions for the industry’s most demanding environments.”

Established to celebrate best-in-class achievements across Ireland’s construction sector, the ICE Awards shine a spotlight on companies leading with technical excellence and creativity.

PanelDuct’s nominations reinforce its standing as a trusted partner for clients seeking advanced off-site manufacturing and fully digital project control.

The ICE Awards 2026 gala ceremony will take place at the Convention Centre, Dublin, in May, bringing together industry innovators and project teams from across the country.

Headquartered in Castlebar, PanelDuct designs and manufactures next generation air distribution systems, purpose-built for mission-critical environments.
