Mayo campus to hold open day
Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Mayo Open Day takes place on the Castlebar campus on Wednesday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event provides a fantastic opportunity to take a closer look at the Mayo campus and explore the CAO programmes available.
Open days give prospective students a unique chance to immerse themselves in university life. During the event learners can meet lecturers, staff, and current students, providing a first-hand opportunity to see what it's like to study at the Castlebar campus.
Visitors to the open day can also explore campus facilities, tour teaching spaces, and discover the growing suite of programmes available at ATU's Mayo campus.
Fiona Kelly, ATU Marketing Manager said: “ATU’s Spring Open Days give prospective students the chance to meet lecturers, support teams and current students to get insights into courses, accommodation and student life at our university campuses.
“With programmes such as Psychology, Applied Social Care, Geography and Outdoor Education, History and Geography, Outdoor and Environmental Education, Early Childhood Education and Care, and a suite of Nursing programmes based at the Mayo campus – it's definitely an event worth visiting if you are exploring your study options.
“During the two-hour event, prospective students can speak directly with current students and academics from our Mayo-based programmes. Whether you’re taking your first steps in planning for university or making your final choices, ATU’s Spring Open Days offer the clarity and confidence you need to plan your future.”
If you miss ATU’s Mayo campus Open Day, you can also attend ATU Galway City’s Dublin Road campus event on Saturday, April 18, where you can connect with the Mayo campus team.
