Dry and bright Tuesday ahead for Mayo

Tuesday will be mostly dry across Mayo with sunny spells and just isolated light showers.

Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees as easterly winds increase to moderate to fresh through the day.

Tuesday night will be dry with long clear spells, though cloud will linger in the southwest.

Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh, easterly winds.

Looking ahead, high pressure will keep conditions largely dry and bright for the rest of the week.

Wednesday will see sunny spells continuing, with temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees.

Thursday and Friday will bring further dry and sunny conditions, with temperatures rising to 15 to 19 degrees by Friday in mostly light southeasterly breezes.

The settled spell is set to continue into the weekend.
