Community bids fond farewell to an incredible teacher

FOLLOWING a year of dedicated service as acting principal in Scoil Naomh Pádraig, An Chloch Bhreac, Linda Ní Dhroighneáin will be taking up a permanent principal position at Clonbur Primary School.

The parents and community committee gathered for a special thank you and farewell celebration in Burke’s Restaurant, Clonbur, to recognise Linda’s commitment, leadership, and contribution to Scoil Naomh Pádraig during her time in the acting role.

During the event, Linda was presented with a beautiful engraved Galway Crystal clock, gift voucher and signed thank you card as a token of appreciation and best wishes for the future.

Speaking at the gathering, the parents and community committee thanked Linda for her dedication, professionalism, and the positive impact she has had on the students and the school.

Warm wishes were extended to her as she begins this exciting new chapter as principal in Clonbur Primary School.
