Warm and sunny conditions to continue in Mayo on Tuesday
Tuesday will bring another warm and dry day to Mayo, with long spells of sunshine throughout.
Highest temperatures of 22 to 27 or 28 degrees, though it will be cooler along the north coast of the county.
Winds will be light to moderate and northeasterly.
Tuesday night will be mostly dry with long clear spells, though an isolated shower is possible.
Some mist and fog patches may form overnight.
Lowest temperatures of 8 to 15 degrees, with light to moderate east to northeast breezes.
Looking ahead, Wednesday will again be warm and sunny, with just the possibility of an isolated shower or two and highest temperatures of 20 to 27 degrees.
Cloudier conditions with some patchy rain and drizzle are expected to push in from the west on Thursday, with temperatures a little lower at 18 to 24 degrees.
Current indications suggest a return to more unsettled weather for the long weekend, with some rain and showers forecast and temperatures falling back to the mid to high teens.
