Erris mourns passing of Joseph Wilson

THE death of Joseph (Josie) Wilson, Cross, Binghamstown, Belmullet, has cast a shadow of sorrow over the Erris community.

Mr. Wilson was predeceased by his wife Mary-Ann (née McGuinness), daughter Marcella and grandson Seán, whom died in a road traffic accident near Claremorris a number of weeks ago.

Deepest sympathy is extended to his heartbroken family, sons Michael (Northampton), Noel (Cross, Binghamstown), John (Luton) and daughter Annette (Cross, Binghamstown), grandchildren, great-grandchild, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, brothers, sisters, his extended family, relatives and many friends.

Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul takes place today at 2.30 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Binghamstown, with burial afterwards in Cross Cemetery.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.
