Colleen Coleman

IT seems there's no stopping novelist Colleen Coleman.

Her debut novel, Don't Stop Me Now, is currently at No. 1 in Australia and her second novel, I'm Still Standing, is at No. 3 in Hot New Releases.

Toronto-born Colleen, who grew up in Swinford, has already seen her debut chick-lit novel storm the charts as a best seller in the US, UK and Germany.

Going to No. 1 Down Under is the icing on the cake on what has been a hugely successful year.

Describing herself as 'absolutely delighted', Colleen said no doubt she is getting a huge a huge wave of support from all the Irish diaspora in Australia.

I'm delighted as it has topped the charts in iTunes, Amazon UK, US, Germany, and now Australia,” she said.

Colleen is daughter of Betty and Lorcan Cribben and attended primary school in Swinford and later Mount St. Michael Secondary School in Claremorris.

Don't Stop Me Now is a hilarious feel good read about finding your feet when life pulls the rug out from under you.

Her second book, I'm Still Standing, is also a real winner - a laugh out loud romantic comedy.

And fans will be delighted to hear that Colleen is busy working on book number three.
