Are you a singer of real talent and amazing vocal ability? Think you've got what it takes to impress the coaches of The Voice UK?

Now's your chance to find out as series five of BBC's hugely successful show is on the hunt for people who have a genuinely superb voice - and is coming to Mayo to hold auditions.

“Whether you're a solo artist or duo, if you have what it takes to get our coaches' chairs spinning, we want to hear from you,” said a spokesperson for the show.

One of the team from The Voice UK will be coming to the Welcome Inn Hotel, Castlebar, on Monday, May 4, from 12 noon to check out what local talent has to offer.

To take part in the auditions, you must be 16 years of age or over by June 17 this year and have the right to live and work in the UK.
