€10,000 jackpot for punters who defy odds of 199/1

BOYLESPORTS have reported that two county Mayo punters had a great start to January after their €50 trebles at Naas clicked today (Sunday).

The punters, who wish to remain anonymous, both placed a €50 treble on three horses to win at Naas and took BoyleSports’ morning prices.

The first selection was the Noel Meade trained Art Of Security (3/1) who won the 12:50 under Sean Flanagan, the second selection was Some Plan (4/1) who won the 1:20 under David Mullins, whilst the final leg of the treble was Black Zero (9/1) who won the 2:20 under Mark Enright.

Each €50 treble returned €10,000, defying the odds of 199/1.

Liam Glynn, BoyleSports spokesperson, said: “Hats off to the two savvy county Mayo punters who defied the odds of 199/1 with their three winners at Naas.”

He added: “The customers took advantage of our early morning prices with Black Zero returning at an SP of 7/1 having been available at 9/1 in the morning.”
