Average rent in Mayo rises by 2.1%

_{THE average rent in County Mayo for newly registered properties with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) was €586 during the October-December period of last year (Q4).}

_{This is up €12 or 2.1% when compared to the average rent in Q3, 2017, which was €574.}

_{On an annual basis the average new rent is up €34 when compared to a year earlier, in Q4, 2016. The standardised national average rent for new tenancies was €1,054 per month, up from €990 one year earlier.}
