Civil service is recruiting again

 

THE Public Appointments Service has launched the 2015 graduate recruitment campaign for the Irish civil service and over 200 vacancies are available.

Recent Mayo graduates are encouraged to consider applying for these positions which will be filled through open competition.

Explained Deputy Michelle Mulherin: 'Opportunities exist for high calibre graduates as administrative officers, graduate economists with the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service, trainee auditors in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General, junior diplomats in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or as legal researchers.

'I know that there are a lot of extremely well educated and capable graduates here in Mayo. These positions offer competitive salaries and excellent opportunities to up-skill and progress.'
