Passing of mayo man in his 100th year

THE death has taken place in his 100th year of Sean Jordan, Johnstown, Ballyhaunis.

A popular and respected personality, his remains will be reposing at Donnellan’s Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis, this evening from 5 o’clock with removal at 8 o’clock to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyhaunis.

Requiem Mass takes place on Friday morning at 11 o’clock with the funeral proceeding to the local Cemetery.

Deepest sympathy is extended to the Jordan family on their loss.

He is survived by wife Nancy and family David (Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath), John (Ballyhaunis), Joe (Maynooth, Co. Kildare), Jarlath (Furbo, Co. Galway), Ann (Murrisk, Mayo), Teresa Fitzmaurice (Derrynacong, Ballyhaunis), Bernie Concannon (Kilconly, Tuam), Collette McHugh (Claremorris), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.
