Water conservation grant deadline extended

PANICKING to meet the midnight deadline for the water conservation grant? Relax.

The Minister for the Environment, Alan Kelly, and Tánaiste Joan Burton have announced an extension to the deadline of the water conservation grant due to the high volume of calls and applications today and issues that arose concerning the postal delays earlier this week.

Households can now apply online or by calling the Water Conservation Grant Support Team until Thursday, October 22.
