Death of muchloved castlebar woman

THE death has taken place, in her 100th year, of Mary Collins (née McDonnell), Cornanool, Castlebar.

A much loved and respected woman in the community, she was predeceased by her husband Willie.

Deepest sympathy is extended to her family John, Nodie, Peter, Michael, Billy and Ann, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, niece, neighbours, relatives and friends. 

Her remains will be reposing at St. Aidan’s room, adjoining St. Patrick’s Church, Islandeady, this evening (Thursday) from 5 p.m., with removal at 8 p.m. to Islandeady Church.

Burial takes place in the New Cemetery, Castlebar, tomorrow (Friday) following 11 a.m. Mass in Islandeady Church.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.
