Money going on Breaffy for Moclair Cup

BREAFFY, beaten finalists last year, have been backed into 4/1 from 11/2 to lift the Moclair Cup in 2016 as the Mayo senior and intermediate championships get underway this weekend, with 32 teams going to post in the first round of the group stages.

A spokesperson for Paddy Powers Bookmakers in Castlebar said Ballintubber, the champions of 2014, and current holders Castlebar Mitchels remain inseparable as co-favourites at 13/8 to win the title.

Newly promoted intermediate champions, Hollymount-Carramore, are available at 22/1.

Bohola-Moy Davitts and Kilmaine are joint-favourites for the intermediate title at 11/2.
