Mayo name selection to face Tipperary

THE Mayo team for Sunday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final against Tipperary at Croke Park (3.30 p.m.) has been announced.

Westport's Kevin Keane returns to the full back line after missing the quarterfinal win over Tyrone while Ballintubber forward Alan Dillon drops to the bench.

Otherwise, it's the same 15 that started against Tyrone.

Having made his debut back in 2005, this weekend will see Keith Higgins make his 50th championship start and 123rd Mayo appearance overall.

Mayo's last championship meeting with Tipperary was in 2002 in round 4 of the footballers qualifiers in Cusack Park, Ennis, a game which Mayo won 0-21 to 1-14.
