New addition to top GAA star Andy Moran's family

GAA Footballer of the Year Andy Moran and his wife, Jennifer, are celebrating the birth of a baby son, Ollie.

The couple already have an adorable daughter, three-year-old Charlotte.

Despite her tender years, Charlotte - resplendent in a green and red jersey – has already been to Croke Park on a number of occasions.

She sat snugly on her dad's shoulders as he strolled around the pitch following the All-Ireland final loss to Dublin last September.

Andy, who will be 35 in November, put family first in recent weeks by skipping a Mayo team 'bonding' trip to Asia.

Renowned for his spirit and dedication, Andy intends playing on throughout 2018 in a bid to re-introduce Mayo to the elusive Sam Maguire trophy.

Friends say young Ollie, although only a week or so old, has already been kitted out to support his dad in the 2018 championship.
