Date announced for official opening of new Mayo school

A DATE has been announced for the official opening of the new Educate Together School at Marsh House, Newtown, Castlebar.

It takes place on Tuesday, April 17, at 11 a.m.

The ceremony will be performed by Dr. Niall Muldoon, Ombudsman for Children.

The school recently received good news with the announcement that a restriction on enrollments from September has been lifted, allowing the facility to grow and expand over the coming years.
