Calleary to shadow Ring in Dàil Èireann

MAYO Fianna Fàil TD Dara Calleary is set to shadow his constituency colleague, Minister Michael Ring, in Dàil Èireann.

In a frontbench change, Deputy Calleary has been appointed his party's spokesperson for rural affairs, regional development and the Gaeltacht.

The FF party deputy leader's new role pits him directly against the Minister for Rural and Community Development, Michael Ring, in Dàil debates.
