Insomnia now brewing in Claremorris

INSOMNIA Coffee Company is opening a new store in Claremorris today (Thursday).

Located at Silverbridge Plaza, across the road from Tesco, this is Insomnia’s third store to be open in Co. Mayo, after Insomnia at Maxol Castlebar and Insomnia Maxol Westport.

Insomnia Coffee Company has become an iconic Irish brand and is well known to coffee lovers across the country, offering hot beverages, sandwiches and snacks. The company, which started in 1997, has grown rapidly, and now has over 160 stores, including 19 in the UK.

Speaking about the opening, Harry O’Kelly, CEO of Insomnia, said: “I am delighted to open our first stand-alone store in Claremorris. I’m sure this new shop will be very popular and become a local hub.”

The store will provide employment for four new members of staff, including store manager Ivelina Nacheva who has been working with Insomnia for a number of years as a manager at Insomnia Eyre Square, Galway.

The official opening will take place on June 6, with a Midwest Radio live broadcast, giveaways and competitions in-store. During all day customers can also use for the first time Insomnia's first COFFie Selfie machine and print their photos on their coffee.
