Mayo manager James Horan brings his charges to Limerick next Saturday.

Limerick the venue for Mayo's clash with Galway

Mayo's clash against Galway in the fourth round of the All-Ireland SFC qualifiers will be played at the Gaelic Grounds, Limerick, on Saturday evening at 7 p.m.

It is expected to be screened live by Sky Sports, but that has not yet been confirmed.

There are unconfirmed reports that both counties refused the option of the tossing of a coin for home venue.

It is also understood that Hyde Park in Roscommon did not come under consideration for the match as a Connacht venue was 'not feasible'.

Meanwhile, Cavan and Tyrone play ay Clones on Saturday at 5 p.m as part of a double header involving the same sides at Under 20 level.

The footballers of Cork and Laois will do battle at Semple Stadium at 5 p.m.

RTÉ will broadcast the remaining fourth round clash between Meath Clare from O'Moore Park at 2 p.m.
