Kathleen Higgins (nee Heaney), Lissatava, Hollymount, peacefully, in her 98th year.

Predeceased by her husband John. Sadly missed by her family Mary Agnew (Knocknacarra), James (Crossboyne), Josephine Murphy (Roundfort), Paddy (Lissatava) and John (Killeenrevagh), sons-in- law Gerry and Martin, daughters-in-lawsJoan and Siobhan, grandchildren Kiera, Shane, Claire, Brian, Liam, Barry, Mark, Andrew, Kenneth, Jason, Ellen, Mollie and Thomas, her ten great-grandchildren, sister Eileen Egan (Dunmore), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Roundfort Community Funeral Home (eircode F12 VK57) on Friday from 5 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Roundfort (eircode F12 YV70).

Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m, with burial afterwards in Rounfort Cemetery.

 

Michael Carby, Swinford

Michael Cabry, Deerpark, Kilkelly Road, Swinford, and dormerly of Glenree, Bonniconlon. Reposing at Gallagher’s Funeral Home, Bonniconlon, tomorrow, Friday evening, from 6 p.m. with removal at 7.45 p.m. to the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bonniconlon, arriving at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Bonniconlon Cemetery.

 

Pauline Jennings, Castlebar

Pauline (Teresa) Jennings, Garryduff Court, Castlebar.

Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Removal took place earlier this evening to the Castlebar Christian Fellowship Church, The Mall, Castlebar.

Funeral Service tomorrow, Friday, at 11 a.m. followed by burial in Castlebar New Cemetery.

 

Marion McCarthy, Ballina

The death has occurred of Marion McCarthy (nee Heffernan) of Kilburn, London, formerly of Ardnaree, Ballina, in St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London, after a short illness.

Beloved wife of the late Dennis Mc Carthy (Carrignadoura, Ballingeary), loving sister of Jim Heffernan and the late Aiden. Sadly missed by her loving brother, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reception into Ss. Finbarr and Ronan's Church, Ballingeary, Co. Cork, on Monday, August 12, at 7.00 pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Colman's Cemetery, Macroom.

Remains reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina this Friday evening from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to St. Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina.

Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.

 

John O'Doherty, Charlestown

John O'Doherty, Tample, Charlestown, in his 95th year.

Beloved husband of the late Bessie, and loving father of Bernadette (Murtagh), Netta, Brendan, Desmond and Kieran.

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brother-in-- law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. 

Reposing at Horkans Funeral Home, Charlestown, on Friday from 5.30 -7.30 p.m. with removal to Church of St. James, Charlestown, arriving at 8 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 1.30 p.m, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

 

Annie Hennigan, Foxford

The death has occurred peacefully at Mayo University Hospital Castlebar of Annie Hennigan (nee) Gray, Rinnaney, Foxford.

Annie, predeceased by her husband John Joe, will be dearly missed by her loving family - daughters Mary and Carmel, sons Jimmy, John, Bernie, Kevin and Michael, her 20 adoring grandchildren, nieces, nephews, daughters in-law, sons in-law, sister in-law Teresa Gray (Potters Bar, Herdfordshire), relatives, neighbours and friends.

Annie will repose at Clarkes Funeral Home, Foxford (F26 TH27) on Friday evening from 4 o'clock with removal at 6.45 p.m. to St. Michaels Church, Foxford (F26 WO85).

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon with the funeral proceeding to Bonnifinglas Cemetery
