Funding approved for north Mayo primary school

NEWTOWNWHITE Educate Together National School in north Mayo has been approved for emergency funding to carry out essential electrical and mechanical works.

The allocation has been welcomed by local Deputy Dara Calleary who congratulated the school on a successful application.

Also welcoming the funding was Deputy Michael Ring who said he looked forward to the works being completed as quickly as possible for the health and safety of pupils and teachers.
