All-Ireland inter-club golf series concludes at Athlone

The closing weekend of the 2022 All-Ireland Finals Series is upon us, with Athone Golf Club hosting this weekend’s Fred Perry Trophy, Flogas Irish Mixed Foursomes, Revive Active Four-Ball and Men’s All-Ireland Four-Ball finals.

In the men’s Fred-Perry, Connemara Isles, East Cork, Nenagh and Wicklow are the All-Ireland semi-finalists and will all compete for the title.

Connemara Isles are also represented in the men’s All-Ireland Four-Ball alongside Mahon, Killarney and Newbridge. That competition gets underway on Saturday.

Portumna, Balbriggan, Milltown, Thurles, Glengariff, Fintona, Castlecomer and Warrenpoint are all looking to win the Flogas Irish Mixed Foursomes, which gets under way on Thursday from 8.45 a.m.

Finally, East Cork, Berehaven, Edmondstown and Bearna will be in action in the Revive Active All-Ireland Four-Ball.

Play begins tomorrow (Thursday) with the Flogas Irish Mixed Foursomes and Fred Perry Trophy. The Four-Ball events begin on Saturday (October 1), with the finals played on Sunday (October 2).
