Major new dealership confirmed for leading Mayo firm

MG Plant & Machinery Sales Ltd., based on the Dublin Road in Swinford, has announced its appointment as main dealer for NC Engineering Dumpers across the Republic of Ireland.

The new dealership represents another significant milestone for the family-run business, which has served the construction and plant hire industries for more than 25 years.

Brothers Martin and Michael Gleeson, of MG Plant, say the partnership with NC Engineering further strengthens the company’s ability to provide reliable machinery solutions to customers across the country.

The appointment follows MG Plant becoming the exclusive Irish dealer for XCMG equipment in 2024.

Since introducing European specification XCMG machinery to the Irish market, the company has already supplied more than 300 machines nationwide.

The equipment supplied includes:

Excavators.

Skid Steer Loaders.

Forklifts.

Compaction Rollers.

Access Equipment (MEWPs).

The addition of NC Engineering Dumpers enhances MG Plant’s product portfolio and enables the company to offer customers a complete range of day-to-day construction equipment.

NC Engineering, headquartered in County Armagh, is widely recognised for its robust and reliable dumpers used throughout the construction and agricultural sectors.

All sales, service and parts support will be managed from MG Plant’s headquarters in Swinford.

MG Plant says the new dealership will allow the company to continue strengthening its partnerships and supporting the Irish construction industry with dependable machinery and service.
