Mayo's clash against Roscommon to be screened live on free-to-air TV channel

Mayo's much-anticipated clash against Roscommon in the semi-final of the Connacht SFC will be screened live on RTÉ 2 on Sunday, April 26, at 4 p.m.

Both countries qualified for the penultimate round stage at the weekend.

Mayo overcame London in Ruislip while Roscommon eased past New York at Gaelic Park.

The winners of the clash at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park will face Galway or Leitrim in the decider on May 10.

The last time Mayo won the Connacht SFC title was in 2021 with a 2-14 to 2-8 win over Galway.

Roscommon's last provincial success was in 2019 when defeated Galway 1-13 to 0-12.

In the event of a Mayo versus Galway final pairing, the tribesmen, winners of the crown for the past three years, will have home advantage.

If it's a Galway v Roscommon final, the match will be played at Dr. Hyde Park.

In the event of Leitrim advancing to the final, the game will be played at a neutral venue.
