Dry and bright Wednesday in store for Mayo

Wednesday will be a generally dry day across Mayo with spells of sunshine and some cloud.

After a chilly start in places, conditions will be pleasant with highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees.

Winds will be light and variable throughout the day.

A few isolated showers are possible in eastern parts of Connaught but most of Mayo can expect a fine day.

Wednesday night will remain dry for most with scattered showers and a few clear spells.

Lowest temperatures of 1 to 6 degrees in a light southerly or variable breeze — cold enough for a frost in some rural spots.
