New coffee shop proposed at Mayo retail park

THE Barcastle Retail Park in Castlebar could soon have a new coffee shop.

Planning permission has been sought for the business, which involves a change of use from retail showroom to coffee shop within the curtilage of an existing building.

The application has been lodged by Jay Ryder of JJA Woodworks Ltd.

Documentation in the planning file states that the coffee shop will provide a much needed and welcomed service for this vibrant retail park.

The coffee shop will service the surrounding retail park consisting of retail space, gym, offices and health clinics.
